A 40-year-old male, who had undergone maxillary orthognathic surgery malocclusion 11 years ago, visited our folds persisted year. large with size 4.8×3.3×3.1 cm was confirmed on paranasal sinus CT, performed pathologic finding lining consisting ciliated pseudostratified columnal epithelium goblet cells, consistent characterization cyst. No recurrence observed during follow-up 3 months.
